Well the rain didn't come to Hocking Hills after all

Well after a rainy start it didn't do anything today. The sun came out and it was acually pretty nice 70*and partly sunny. The fox was out again, there are actually 5 and they are red fox (so cute) they let me get pretty close (within about 10 ft) and they just sit there while I talk to them. I love the outdoors, I wish it was summer year round so I could enjoy nature in the hocking hills all year long.

Wow it has been a little while since I posted last. Things are busy and I get caught up in everything and forget to post.

It is really windy here today in the Hocking Hills, but at least we are not getting any snow:)

Today it was a little chilly getting out of bed but it got better as the day went on.
Got all the cabins cleaned so I went to a bike ride but it was really windy, (makes it hard to ride when it is coming at you).

I can't wait for the weather to get warm again, I love it when it is in the 80's and I can lay in the hammocks in between getting the cabins ready for the next guests. It is just so peaceful hear, no roads with a bunch of noise from cars, no neighbors just the sounds of the chipmunks and other little creatures making noise as they run through the leaves in the woods.

If you would like some peace and quite and love the sounds of nature come stay a few nights at our cabins in the Hocking Hills. We are approx 8 miles from Old Mans Cave and 5 miles from Conkles Hollow, if you like to fish we are about 5 miles from Lake Logan and just about 7 miles to Kroger and Wal-Mart and some of the are restaurants like Bob Evans, Arby's, McDonald's, Olde Dutch and then of course there is the Millstone BBQ and the LasCascada Mexican restaurant.

Another beautiful day in the Hocking Hills, we were fortunate enough today to have 70* weather here in the hills of Ohio. What a great day. It is so nice when you can open the windows when cleaning the cabins and listening to the birds sing or listening to the radio. Although I prefer the birds singing and all the chipmunks and squirrels in the trees and bushes.
